“Scrum Master (SM) service to the organization:

Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption;

Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization. — Scrum Guide”

Continuing from my previous article, this article explores further how Scrum Master can help build a learning and sharing culture. This list is not exhaustive.

I have considered a product structured organization and different levels starting from an individual to leadership. In this article I am talking about next levels after Team level. These levels can be tweaked based on organizational structures.

Different Levels to Share Knowledge (*L&D — Learning and Development)

1) Across Teams Level

I am assuming there would be multiple teams within each product development. This is an opportunity to share knowledge, experiments, experiences across and within a product development teams.

Buddy

A buddy to talk about work, technology, meetings, rant about anything and everything etc. Many organizations do not build an environment where people get opportunities to share and learn about what is going on across the organization.
