Service Frameworks is a pursuit to understand service as an object of design. In understanding the materials that make up design, we can create guidance (not recipes) for the strategy, design, development and delivery of services. This guidance aims to look at the experience of those receiving or partaking in services, and the experience of those that are delivering, managing and improving services. It is an area of exploration rather than a conveyance of conclusions, so I very much welcome additions, subtractions, and debate.
