However, honesty can be the best policy when it comes to getting sexual satisfaction — and it turns out that the more honest people are about sexual matters, the more sexual satisfaction they experience.
In fact, according to a survey of about 1,000 people conducted by Superdrug Online Doctor, when people are honest about their sexual satisfaction, they actually experience a higher level of satisfaction in the bedroom. For women, 89.1 percent who were honest about sex were satisfied in the bedroom, and 91.4 percent of honest men reported they were happy with their sex lives.
On the other hand, only 32.2 percent of men who were dishonest with their partner about sex reported being satisfied in the bedroom, and only 25.3 percent of fibbing women were happy with the quality of the sex they were having.
