Saving the Scrum Master role was the topic of a recent talk I had at a Scrum Masters of the Universe Meetup. The talk centered around my recent article, How Do Scrum Masters Rethink Their Role On a Team to Avoid Extinction? We had an engaging discussion.
The attendees had tons of questions.
To my delight, answering these questions seemed to renew energy and provide a path forward. Let’s face it, many Scrum Masters are struggling to stay afloat in today’s treacherous waters. They feel threatened. So these answers served as a form of a life raft.
