snglsDAO 104: How to Propose an Idea for a Grant

And now, how to obtain a grant. First, start with a proposal. (You’ll notice the process is very similar to proposing changes to protocol parameters covered in lesson 103.)

Step 1. Go to the snglsDAO at https://app.snglsdao.io​

Step 2. Connect your wallet to the app by clicking “Login” in the top right corner.

Step 3. Open the “Grants” section from the left navigation and click on the “New Proposal” button.

Step 4. Now it’s time to fill out your proposal.

1. Enter the title.
2. Add description.
3. Add recipient’s wallet address.
4. Feel free to add tags and URL if needed.
5. Enter the amount of a token from the treasury you would like to get.
6. Click “Submit proposal” button, confirm the gas fee and wait for the transaction to process.

Once the transaction is approved your proposal will appear in the list of proposals on the “Grants” page.
