Chart 4.5 or Panel return history

As you may know, Panel disappeared form Chart since version 4.0, but now it’s time to return Panel back! It’s not only new feature in the new release, of course, keep reading.

Chart panel

Panel is the great feature of Chart that allows you to visualize data in a second. You don’t need to go to Plugin menu, choose type of chart — just press: ^ + ⌘ + С and choose e.g. Line chart.

It took a month to figure out how to fix the issues with Panel, but now all works fine.

Update colors in a second

Until now, updating the colors in Chart has been sucks… You need to copy RGB codes of each color, create array and paste it in color input on Set Params. Forget it! Select layers with fills and run Update color palette in Chart. That’s all.

You should know that number of colors in palette equal to max number of lines in Line chart for example.

Bug fixes

Many of users reported the bug related with random data. If you have numbers in your clipboard, Chart tried to visualize that numbers and it crashed plugin. Now algorithm reimagined and works perfectly :-)

The other bug fix about creating charts inside groups. For now you can create chart on page, on artboard and inside group.
