Design & Build Responsive Websites Faster with Launchpad v0.9

On our mission to empower designers, we are continuously pushing the envelope on what designers can achieve without writing code.

On this update, we introduce a few updates for Launchpad, and better compatibility with Sketch 46.

☁️ Faster Upload

We’re continuously getting great feedback. One of the issues that popped is that making small updates takes a long time.
So, starting from version 0.9 we will upload as minimum files as possible. Meaning that for complex designs it might be 10–20 times faster to make a change and preview in browser.

⚡️Faster Websites & Code Packs

When going from Sketch to HTML, we translate some layers to images.
Your websites will now have less image files — as we compare them pixel to pixel, and make sure that there are no duplicates. Same goes for Font files.

If you export your design to HTML Code Packs using the Pro account, this improvement also applies to you.

🎁 More Widgets

In order to make your websites more interactive, we’ve introduced widgets — allowing you to add a chat, sell products, place a map in your website and more. The cool thing about widgets is that a lot of companies are making them and they are so easy & powerful.

The guys from Widgetic.com has tons of widgets, from an audio player to image galleries. You can now find it in our widget market, under the ‘•••’ button.
