Business Chat is Apple’s new platform to allow big brands to communicate with their customers directly through the Messages app. Just like personal chats, a user can initiate a conversation with us on their iPhone and resume it on their iPad, Mac, or even Apple Watch.

- You send a message to get started.
- You are presented with the best hotel deals!
- You can then book using Apple Pay or a credit card.
- At any point in time, you can type ‘agent’ or ‘help’ to be connected with a live human agent 24/7/365 in under 1 minute.

In addition, users will be able to easily start a Business Chat conversation with us through Spotlight search.
