Energy Report, June Week 2 : 8th to 14th June 2024
The energy for the second week of June in the Soap Opera of the Stars is saying “changes in leadership”
I’m an intuitive coach and this is my energy report for the 8th to the 14th of June.
At the end of this report, I will be including a download from the guides on how to reset your energy to align best with what is unfolding. So do engae with that section of this report.
The energy for this week is speaking to a complete change in the way leadership is done. A movement from a control based process to a trust based movement. A movement that will not only be seen at a global level but also for each individual. And this is only the beginning of a cycle that is going to take at least a year to ripen. But the seeding moment is this week and will involve several moving parts.
So first, let’s look at what the guides want to say to us about leadership. Leadership is about movement is what I’m hearing. If you are moving in your life, then you are a leader. Since progress is not linear, the concept of forward and backward is not relevant here. The only thing to look at is movement.
Movement is key because that is the stuff we are made off, the Universe is made off.
Leadership defined this way makes it more personal. When you are leading yourself, it implies that you are ensuring your life is in movement. Human beings are naturally programmed to look for ease rather than dis-ease, therefore the movement will eventually bring you to a place of ease. The more ease you find, the more people notice you because they are magnetised to ease. The more you will find yourself a leader of many. This is a leader who is a role model. They lead on account of having experienced life and being able to share their insights to those wanting to walk the same path. First they find a voice for themselves, and then they are able to use that voice with others.
The leadership that we have observed is one that is acquired on account of existing structures, systems and processes. Where a leader is an individual that acquires a position based ideally on merit but oftentimes more on power and influence. While this is also movement, and perhaps for a period in history was required, it is becoming less palatable given the new energy being downloaded to the planet. The guides are saying that the leaders of the energy that is coming are those who understand the human being as a wholistic complex mechanism. And that there needs to be space for choices. And that while this may take some time to become clear in all it’s aspects, we can already look at what it means for us.
So what is changing?
And here I hear the guides say “conscience”
The changes that are being brought about are in moving towards leadership that has a conscience and if they don’t will either have to grow one or eventually will not be leaders at all. And while this complete change may take a few years, we are stepping into the beginning this week. Therefore watch out for situations where people in leadership positions, and who are control oriented, may see push backs (if not already happening)
Let’s translate leadership a little more — this could be at the world or nation level, this could be in an organisation and at the workplace, in educational systems. Also in smaller units such as the dynamics between parents and their children or between spouses, even between siblings. This can also manifest between people where there may not be an obvious authority structure but there are power dynamics.
How does this make sense in the context of the energy of the last few weeks and months?
If you look back to what the guides were speaking about even last week, you were being informed that you have learnt how to reclaim your power, find your vulnerability and express that through your voice. This energy is impacting everyone on this planet and therefore the energy that emerges — will naturally be one where relationships are challenged across the spectrum and adjustments are made to power dynamics.
The end result is expected to be one where there is more consciousness, awareness and a conscience.
So now the guides say, let’s look at what this conscience will look like, and to do that we need to first look at three important pieces of the puzzle -
- A cycle that started in 2011, and will continue into 2025. Thich is covered in the energy report for April Week 1. This cycle involves becoming aware of an area of life that has influenced a spiritual transformation over the last 13 years. The energy in 2025 will be about applying all that you have learned, but right now to look at how the world is building towards more conscious leadership, you need to look at where you have seen consistent shifts in your life since 2011 which has left you a more “aware about yourself” person.
- Two cycles that have impacted us since 2020 and are culminating this week. Both of these cycles have made us question the status quo. They have made us think about how we value ourselves and where we feel valued and what we want. We have been tested on this subject where we have had to go deep into our shadows and vulnerabilities to excavate what we are no longer willing to accept. And that has helped us with complete clarity on the way forward. Bringing us last week to the brink of receiving all that we wanted. Read here >>
3. The third is a cycle that begins this week and moves into the future, ending 30th September 2024. This cycle is in the area of ideas, communication, and connection. The previous cycle (second week of April) brought up the need to resolve power imbalances within the family. This cycle brings up responsible communication especially with those we impact every day — our work environments, our communities and neighbourhoods. There is also a possibility that this energy may bring up the need for more conscious communication with our siblings or friends who are like siblings. So let’s look at the important dates here :
a. The cycle is seeded on the 14th of June. From within your psyche, the energy is activating what you have learnt about communicating with other people. Your shadows, which means all the times you have been rejected and not heard. As well as the gifts, all the times you have felt your voice mattered and you were heard. You are also being seeded with a download on the need for you to use your voice to shine, and bring more harmony into the planet. And the third aspect of this activation is that you are being asked to explore the connection between wisdom in speech and emotions. How can you be so emotionally aware and present, that you understand the needs of your audience and have a constructive impact.
b. In the first phase of the cycle, between the 14th of June to the 4th of August, you will find yourself faced with situations where the learning will be external. You will feel cautious about using your voice, at the same time you will also feel compelled in certain circumstances to express. You will be able to map in yourself how emotions either support or intervene. What happens when you are able to speak with kindness and what happens when you feel mad, bad or sad.
c. In the second phase from 5th august to 18th August, you will be revisiting the places where your voice was not used optimally, you will be given an opportunity for a reset and a redo. This time between the 5th to the 18th of August may feel challenging in that you will not be able to ignore the consequences (if any), of your voice having impacted a situation in a way that could have been more constructive.
d. Expect to be a little more introspective on these matters in the third phase, between the 18th to the 28th by which time you will have clarity. The clarity will in all likelihood come in the form of realising that what is of supreme importance is to follow your inner knowing. You will find in your observation and study of both the constructive and not so constructive episodes, that the key differentiator was following your inner knowing on when was the right time to say what and to whom, and when was it not.
e. From the 29th August to the 30th of September you will then have the opportunity to apply this learning, do any damage control you need to and emerge confident of having developed the skill of being in the right place at the right time with the right expression.
Let’s bring this whole puzzle together now and see what emerges. Here I can hear the guides say that when they speak about leadership with a conscience they expect leadership to be more trust based and less control based. Big words in my opinion and so they are showing us what this looks like -
- each one of you knows that there is a destination you want to get to.
- you are able to communicate the vision and values of that destination that inspires you.
- you take the steps to walk in the direction of that destination, even though you can’t see the whole world, knowing that you will be guided or redirected à la Google Maps, and that as long as you keep moving, you will get there.
- you allow those that wish to join you on the journey to do so, for as long as they want, choosing their own starts and stops without needing to control.
- not only will you reach the destination you have set out to, you will be there with your people, your tribe in a space that feels safe.
The guides are saying that while this may sound chaotic, there is enough hand holding available to us to get through the process. After all this is only the beginning, and as we go along the path becomes clearer.
You may also experience this week that the energy allows for a more gentle pace than the last two or three weeks, allowing you time for contemplation and observation.
Energy Reset
The guides are showing me a fractured solar plexus. With not just one fracture but multiple. all the times in our lives where we’ve felt powerless, helpless and without direction. All the times when we have wanted to go one way but chosen to go another way on account of the power structures in the wolrd. Also all the times when we’ve pushed through on the way we wanted and felt battered by the resistance that was thrown at us.
It feels like the guides are picking out the shards of this broken inner light and once that is done will clean the area and install a new light. But this one is an energetic source, a powerhouse. A feeling of confidence and strength and belief in a benevolent Universe that is unbreakable. take a few deep breaths as you stay aware of your solar plexus and feel the movement in your energy.
