It’s tough to be in a position where you’re not sure if you should listen to your intuition.
Do you trust yourself or trust the advice someone else gave you?
According to Psychology Today, intuition is:
“a form of knowledge that appears in consciousness without obvious deliberation.”
It’s a way for your mind to protect you, even without consciously realizing it. Perhaps that’s why it’s so difficult to trust it — it comes from nowhere.
So it’s easy to say those three words:
It’s probably nothing.
But what happens when you write off the visceral feeling of ignoring your intuition — that fluttering in your chest, anxiety, and sometimes physical gut pain?
