Many people who work or go to school like to celebrate Fridays.

It marks the end of another long week and the start of two days of rest and recreation. But does Friday really have any more value than the other days of the week? Or is it just the way you look at it? And what can Fridays teach you about the rest of your life?

Let’s dive into these questions.

“Most people tell you there are certain moments you should celebrate in life: for example, the weekend coming, so you should party on a Friday. Or your birthday or New Year’s Eve. But what if you’re excited about being alive every day?”

— Andrew W.K.

Exploring the value of Fridays

Do I love Fridays? Absolutely!

Most of the year, I don’t have to work at my day job on Fridays. It’s my day to share in volunteer work, work in my yard, and take care of the projects around the house. Friday is also my biggest productivity day for creating online content.

I love Friday because I spend the day doing things to bring me joy and satisfaction.
