We are excited to introduce the opportunity for eligible parties to participate in the potential growth of the Starta Accelerator portfolio companies. During the Starta Accelerator program, 21 startups were integrated into the business environment of the United States — the largest and most promising market. Each of the 21 startups was valued at a minimum of $1.9 million when Cross Coin began preparing for Starta ICO. Currently, many of the estimates are higher — the deals for the next rounds of investments for several of the portfolio startups have recently closed or are near to closing.

Russian programmers have created a new gadget — SmartFlash: the super-secure is called Flashsafe. This device looks like an ordinary USB-stick, but the information is located in a secure cloud storage, that has no limit for the volume of data and can never be hacked. As distinguished from any other cloud service, Flashsafe has no login or password, needs no registration or customer programme on the PC. The memory card has a software authorization chip that generates a new crack-proof password every time and thus provides a total confidentiality and anonymity, as the owner’s information is not connected with his personal data on the servers.
“Now your have SmartFlash cloud-besd gadget right in your pocket” — says Flashsafe’s creator Alexey Churkin — “the technology is easy for the user, but really complicated for a thief. If you lose your Flashsafe, the old device is to be blocked like a lost credit card. Access can be restored using a pin-code that only you know”.
You can use Flashsafe in real-time mode, for example, exchange files with trusted persons and watch videos. One more Flashsafe’s benefit is a possibility to see the content of any site in the form of files. “All the Internet’s legal content is presented in the form of files, distributed to folders. You can copy them for yourself or share with friends with secured connection. Now you don’t have to use special web sites or services to download e.g. a video from YouTube, because everything is already located in folders” — says Alexey. Agri Eye develops smart land farming solutions using multispectral remote sensing, unmanned air vehicles, and big and open data analyses. It offers AGRI MAN, a data acquisition system via unmanned aerial vehicles; AGRI CAM, a system for obtaining vegetation indices via narrow-spectral cameras; AGRI CLOUD, a cloud-storage and processing system for the agricultural sector; and AGRI MIND, a decision support system based on machine learning. Agri Eye was founded in 2016 and is based in Odessa, Ukraine.

Web application monitoring system that allows CTO’s, DevOps, Developers to see what user did before error happened. It records user actions and all technical information that developer needs to fix bugs. In other words, Kuoll is a remote debugger for production web applications. It works like a flight recorder black box. Kuoll script records everything that happens on the pages of web application and when something goes wrong, developer easily replays and investigates the record, fixes bugs without reproducing them.

The Singapore-based company Cross Coin intends to release up to 5 million tokens during its Initial Coin Offering (ICO). The first $1.5 million raised will be spent on refinancing the 21 startups that passed the Starta Accelerator program in 2016–17, with remaining funds to be spent on investing in the next tranche of startups. The project team is ready to issue up to 5 million tokens with a price of $1 each. If the ICO reaches $5 million then we, together with the accelerator’s partners, will be able to invest in a total of 60–70 technology startups from Russia and Eastern European countries.
