What started as a podcast show about real women entrepreneurs has slowly grown into a micro-movement. ‘Starting Trouble’ was born in response to the limited narrative in popular media about working women. We asked ourselves: what if we just threw a multitude of stories — about all the interesting, crazy and amazing things that working women do — at the internet? Then maybe, just maybe, we’ll be treated like people again and not some version of a frail minority.
