In this article I will show you how to purchase STEM coins using StellarTerm.com.
1. Go to StellarTerm.com
2. Log in to StellarTerm.com
If you have a Ledger Nano S you can use that to log in and access any Lumens you may have stored in your Stellar Wallet.
If you do not have an account, navigate to the Account link at the top and find this section to create an account.
You’ll want to write down your private key and store it somewhere safe, you will use this to log into StellarTerm.com
Note: Do not keep your private key on anywhere public or electronic.
3. Add Lumens to your StellarTerm Wallet
You need Lumens on StellarTerm before you can purchase STEM coins. Deposit Lumens using the public key you were given when setting up an account.
If you are using a Ledger Nano S, your Lumens will automatically show up.
4. Create a Trustline
Now you must create a Trustline between StellarTerm and STEMchain.
Its easy and can be located here: Accept assets
Find the STEMchain Trustline and click accept STEM coins.
5. Navigate to the Exchange
Navigate to the STEM/XLM exchange page by clicking on the STEM logo or on the Trade link.
6. Purchase STEM coins
Locate the Order Books at the bottom of the page. One side will be for purchasing STEM coins and the other side will be for Selling.
You will see Price Per STEM which is the last price a STEM coin was purchased for.
To purchase as fast as possible set your price a little higher than the current price per STEM coin.
Once the purchase is successful your STEM coins will be added to your wallet and can be found in the Account tab.
7. Secure your STEM coins
