I started the digital agency SinnerSchrader in 1996, took it public three years later, and sold it to Accenture for nine figures in 2017. After that, I was in charge of Accenture's Interactive and Song business in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria until 2022. In this period, my team increased annual sales to almost $1 billion (CAGR 31%). I also founded the NEXT Conference, and I'm publishing books and run this blog.
