This publication gives shape to a body of research work generated across academia and professional practice on a new field defined as Work Design. It aims to articulate and establish a formal and comprehensive practical model and method of application, as well as collecting and including all the relevant theory on Work Design in one place. It is an open resource for partners and clients to understand the qualities and benefit of this approach and the theory we are developing around the design of collaborative work spaces and processes.
