Working in the Ethereum ecosystem isn’t easy. You need to learn a lot of new skills, change your mindset, and embark on a new journey.
This is the theme of ETH Odyssey, a Journey into the Ethereum Ecosystem, where you’ll be rewarded for building something amazing, between the 2nd and 25th of July!
After participating in several Ethereum hackathons as hackers and BUIDLers, our team is excited to work with Devfolio and sponsor the upcoming ETHOdyssey hackathon which is set to be the largest DeFi hackathon of the year 🚀

Superfluid allows you to build fully programmable and scalable applications that leverage the new DeFi primitive of dynamic balances, such as liquid streaming and instant distributions! Check out some of the previous hacks and a list of ideas to build here.

What is Superfluid?
Superfluid is a new DeFi Primitive that automates recurring transactions by allowing tokens to flow seamlessly on Ethereum. It enables a variety of functions: from money streaming to one-transaction reward distributions, smart contract callbacks, a user level batch-call system, and an SDK for dApps.
Money Streaming 💸

There is a total of $4,000 in prizes for your to conquer! 🤑
- Streaming + lending — $2,000
You are venturing onto a new journey, and will need funds and support on your way. Who will lend you the funds? What will you give them as guarantee? This bounty is for those brave enough to explore the intersection of lending and perpetual streams of money. 🌊💰
(ex. Deposit ETH as collateral, borrow DAI in a stream) - Streaming Social tokens — $1,000
On your journey, you’ll make many friends, and find inspiration in many creators who will help you learn about Ethereum. Build a platform to enable these creators to issue Social Tokens and stream them to holders of NFTs they issued. The exact implementation is up to you, the key is to create a lasting relationship between those creators and the people they have inspired🌈 - Pirate prize — $1,000
This prize is for your crazy, Superfluid enabled idea. This can be any of the ones listed in our idea billboard or your own, original idea!
Build on Superfluid or integrate it in your dapp to be eligible. We will reward completeness/functionality of the implementation, the tangible value of your hack for the broader community, a high degree of integration with Superfluid, and attribute special points to “enablers”, hacks that make other protocols or dapps more functional by leveraging our protocol. Superfluid has been designed with developers in mind, you can learn more about how to build with Superfluid and send your first stream by reading our docs or following this step by step video tutorial.
If you have any questions or issues when building with our code, hop in the Developers channel of our Discord and we’ll help you as much as we can!
