Upload your 15 second MP3
Make sure you’re logged into SuperPhone® and click here to get to the voice greeting settings (scroll all the way down!). You can then add a 15 second MP3 file as your voice greeting. You’re all set!
Set up your hashtag campaign
With SuperPhone®’s SMS Superbot feature, you can create simple hashtag campaigns that allow your fans to engage and interact with your number. This is a great way to tag your incoming fans & turn them into a full contact.
Set up your autoresponses
After a first time fan calls you — they’ll receive an autoresponse from you. You can set up these autoresponses here. Make sure you have the same copy for the First Contact and New Assigned Unknown Contact modules.
Don’t forget to also set up the Form Submission autoresponse which is what the fan will receive after they’ve successfully filled out their information in your form
Collect, cultivate & communicate
