How Wallows Promoted their New Single via SuperPhone®

“Don’t let this conversation die…” — Sidelines, Wallows

A “Call to Listen” campaign is probably one of my favorite ways that our first time SuperPhone® users do as a way to introduce their new phone number to fans.

This was totally well-received by their majority millenial audience. The campaign was super simple:

The Call

A fan would simply call in, and would hear the phone ring as normal — a 15 second voice greeting plays of their new single, Sidelines.

The Follow Up

To the fan’s surprise, they receive a text back from Wallows — asking them if they want to hear more!

The Follow Through

The fan receives a text to opt in to hear more from Wallows, they fill out a form, and they’re subscribed!

What a fan experiences throughout the funnel

Results

We were able to see over a 99% message delivery success, over a 70% conversion rate from phone call to first response and over a 50% conversion from response to completed form submission.
