Wednesday 19th September 7pm–9.30pm, Stillpoint Spaces London, 23 Clerkenwell Close, London, EC1R 0AA. Tickets available here.

The event will be an opportunity to discover the story behind Swirl along with practical takeaways in the guide from Dr Barbara Mariposa & illustrator Nate Kitch.

Introduced by project creator and community mental health nurse Andy Walton, we aim to facilitate an empowering and inspiring discussion around Swirl’s content and the process of managing worry and rumination in modern times.

Dr Barbara Mariposa will be sharing her insights into mindfulness alongside delivering a guided practice, whilst Nate Kitch will detail the rationale and approach behind his illustrations before providing an informal opportunity to engage in collage making.

All attendees will receive a copy of Swirl within their ticket price.
