I’m a sucker for systemisation. As a solopreneur who wants to stay that way, systems and routines are my friend. They’re what keep my business running smoothly, even though there’s only one of me and the buck stops here, every day, week and month.

I have a ton of checklists, cheat sheets, templates and other tools I use (all of which I share in my success kits). But this is what my master checklists look like, for each day, week, and month.

Daily tasks

These are broken down into three categories.

The big three

I’ve talked about my big three money makers before. They are:

  • Create — I’m a writer and creating my written content (along with any visuals that go with it) is my first priority every day.
  • Connect — With my clients, collaborators, readers, and followers, via my email list, social media, or one-on-one.
  • Review and react — This just involves a quick end-of-day assessment. I look at what went well, and do a little more of that before I shut down.
