Job Description:
Symph is looking for an amazing project manager to join our awesome team! This entry-level opportunity will expose you to all levels of the organization. You will be interacting with clients to ensure that we understand their requirements and that they feel valued. Likewise, you will also work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure that the work we do brings value to the client.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Be the primary liaison for support tasks from our US based client.
- Ensure success with each client relationship, this may include: managing multiple clients and projects, project planning, coordinating schedules and results, and tracking and reporting on project implementation.
- Be customer-centric and develop a positive relationship with our clients that develops into a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership.
- Clearly relay client’s needs and requirements to the technical team.
- Work with the client in identifying the technical specifications needed to execute their vision given their needs and existing resources.
- Maintain regular and clear communication between client and technical team to be able to deliver quality projects within the agreed upon timeline.
Requirements:
- Professional English verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Innate interest in learning about client needs and delivering value to clients, and thereby paying attention to details.
- Able to initiate and successfully establish a relationship based on trust between Symph and the client.
- Able to make quick decisions based on data, monitor results, and then communicate these findings to the technical team and clients to create more working opportunities.
- Literate in the capacities and limits of Symph’s development stack to provide a realistic estimate of the output expected by the client.
- Able to apply critical thinking and decision-making skills.
