Introduction

Hello and welcome to “TechUnlockers”. This guideline is intended to help you understand what we look for in articles.

What Topics We Will Publish

We are a publication committed to unlocking and optimizing the potential of new and existing technologies. The objective is to demystify the complexities of these technologies and show how they can be used to fuel business growth.

All other topics will be automatically rejected, and you will be directed to this page if you require clarification. We will only publish a few articles per day to ensure that our writers receive an equitable share of reading time for their articles.

How to Submit

1. Adhere to the Submission Guidelines below
2. When you are done editing, formatting, and adding pictures, go to the top on the right hand of your screen where you see three dots, click on them, a drop-down menu will appear.
3. You will see “Add to publication” click on that tab.
4. Next, you will see “Select a publication.” A list of those publications that you have asked to join, will be listed. Click on the empty circle next to the publication you choose to submit your article to, then click “select and continue.” (If the drop down box is empty, that means no publisher has opened up their publication to you yet.)
5. After you clicked on “select and continue” it disappears and you will see on the left side of the three dots a green “publish” tab. Click on that.
6. Now the fun part, you get to add 5 tags about your story. Please always use ‘TechUnlockers’ as one of your tags.
7. Below the tag box, you will see “email a link” and “meter my story” options, make sure they are checked.
8. Then hit “Submit to publication” and you are done.

Submission Guidelines

1. Articles must be written in the English language.
2. Everyone must follow the Medium writing guidelines. This includes properly linking sources, crediting photographs, and using titles and subtitles.
3. All submissions must be free of plagiarism, AI writing, and spelling and grammar errors. Plagiarism and AI writing are not allowed and will result in your removal as a writer and also the removal of all of your articles from our publication (regardless of their success).
4. DO NOT COPY OR IMPORT YOUR ARTICLE FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE. It doesn’t matter if you’re the author. All articles in this publication must be ‘original content’ that cannot be found anywhere else.
   This is about search engines (such as Google and Bing) not flagging the article as duplicate content. If search engines discover duplicate content in our publication, they downgrade our ranking.
   If you are the author of content that you wish to reuse for our publication, then thoroughly revise it into a new article. Make sure the search engines don’t see your article as duplicate content.
5. Your article must include a “Title,” a “Subtitle,” and a “Picture” that is credited.
6. The article must be formatted appropriately (Watch this video — video is also added to the bottom of this page)
7. Content is everything! Consider how your content will be perceived by your readers. What is the audience’s value, and what is the purpose or message (call to action)?
8. If you refer to a claim or quote, please cite all sources.
9. Tagging other writers is permitted as long as they have a relationship to your article; mass tagging to increase “reads” is not permitted.
   The author you are tagging must be relevant to your article. Excessive tagging will result in your article being rejected.
10. It can take several days for your article to be published. This is due to the fact that we need to balance the number of articles that we publish for our readers. Please remember that every writer also deserves their fair share of reading time.
11. We have the final say on all published articles.
12. Please disclose any affiliate links. A total of three referral/self-promotional links is acceptable. This number does not include links that support facts.
