The start of something new… Telos.net
We recently updated how we present the Telos brand to the outside world. Now it’s time to evolve on how we share information and ideas within our dynamic community as well.
Today we’re unveiling an early version of telos.net, a new site designed to provide a trusted anchor point for community members to learn about Telos.
“The telos.net website we are unveiling today is a starting mark to the vision of what will become a home base for the Telos network,” said Justin Giudici, the Telos Foundation’s director of product. “Over the coming months, it will become an easy and enjoyable portal to engage in the network and take action.
“In its best form, we are looking to make the site feel like a combination of a social application and a game. If we succeed, users will not even realise they are using a blockchain,” said Justin.
The Telos Foundation’s existing website at telosfoundation.io will remain active as well. It will continue to serve primarily as a space to learn about recent foundation initiatives, meet team members, and open invitations for further member participation.
By contrast, telos.net will be about and for you — the members who truly make Telos special. It will be a place to live into your own telos; form groups, engage in meaningful dialogue and collaborate together .
“We have already begun building and testing pre-alpha versions of telos.net functionality. In the coming weeks and months, we will unveil demonstrations to help us identify interested ideators, collaborators and testers who will help us make this a reality,” said Jesse Schulman, the Telos Foundation’s chief technology officer.
Check out telos.net, and subscribe for updates as we quickly iterate and prepare a roadmap for 2020. Our hope is that this will help us keep you engaged and excited all the way along until a working version of the portal is released early next year.
