Where do I contact for Thailand Pass support?
There are 3 official channels.
Embassies & Consulates
For general inquiries about Thailand Pass, please read the Thailand Pass FAQs (QR code above), Department of Consular Affairs, or the Royal Thai Embassy / Consulate-General in your area of residence.
In case your registration takes more than 3–7 days or you have an urgent need to travel because of medical / humanitarian emergency, please send an email to testgo@consular.go.th. To help us identify your issues quickly, please include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Passport number
- Date of arrival
- Reason and evidence of emergency
Do not send duplicate emails as this would cause delays in processing your inquiries. Due to the volume of inquiries received, we may not be able to provide individual responses.
