As world travel is set to boom over the next decade (1.8 billion people will travel internationally by 2030), our choices matter more than ever.

Food, Food, Food

The past few weeks have been all about food. We took a deep dive into the influence of Arabic culture on Mexican food (dating back to the conquistadors!), the rise of the luxury food hall and the prevalence of ethical restaurants in Cambodia.
