Nice catch by Daring Fireball’s John Gruber, by crossing Vic Gundotra’s statement regarding “open-ness” at Google I/O developer conference in May and the recent Skyhook Wireless filed suit. A must read.
Don’t get me wrong, I use Google’s products, but the concept of “open” in Android is a bit volatile, isn’t it?
