To support banks and insurance companies in digital innovation with leading technologies.

Crowdpolicy is one of the 42 organizations from 16 countries participating to the INFINITECH project to implement digital support services for banks and insurance companies to support digital innovation with leading technologies based on Big Data, AI and IoT, under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme.

INFINITECH will be able to provide innovative technologies in the Big Data / IoT environment for the management and transparent search of any type of data, interoperable data analytics, blockchain-based data exchange, real-time analysis, and advanced AI algorithm libraries.

In addition, it will provide regulatory tools that include various data management features and compliance with various directives such as PSD22, 4AMLD, MiFID II. nine (9) test environments and innovative sandboxes (open APIs) and other resources to validate customized solutions.

The results of the project will be validated through fourteen (14) pilot projects covering all reporting areas for the sector as you know your client (KYC), customer analysis, personalized portfolio management, credit risk assessment, financial crime prevention analysis, insurance based in use, agricultural insurance and much more.

INFINITECH will also create a platform that will provide access to project solutions as well as a Virtualized Digital Innovation Hub (VDIH) to support innovative players such as FinTech and InsurTech in their ongoing commitment to the specific implementation of Big Data / AI / IoT.

Crowdpolicy will participate in the pilot projects that will be developed within the project, contributing and evolving solutions that have already developed by Crowdpolicy in the financial sector and are related to Open Banking (and compliance with the PSD2 Directive) as well as extending and developing new functionalities for its digital assistants (bots) applications which have already been developed and implemented for various Banks and Insurance Companies, through the utilization of advanced Al algorithms and customer data analysis.

The project, which will start on October 1, 2019 and will continue until December 2022, also includes the following financial institutions, companies and research centers: Aktifbank, Banka Slovenije, Banking & Payments Federation Ireland, Genillard, Jrc Capital Management, Liberbank , National Bank of Greece, Poste Italiane, Prive Services Europe, Santander, Atos, GFT Italia, Fujitsu, HP, Sia, Ibm, Fondazione Bruno Kessler, University of Glasgow and University of Nicosia.
