The essay of this week is an introductory article about the ways of using impact evaluation and the Europeana Impact Playbook as one of the most useful tools.

A collaborative strategy for continuous improvement and explores how impact evaluation can be a key process for the development of digital heritage educational resources for young people. It includes some recommendations and an introduction to the Europeana Impact Playbook.
