The essay of this week is an introductory article about the ways of using impact evaluation and the Europeana Impact Playbook as one of the most useful tools.

It is titled Impact Assessment. A collaborative strategy for continuous improvement and explores how impact evaluation can be a key process for the development of digital heritage educational resources for young people. It includes some recommendations and an introduction to the Europeana Impact Playbook.
