Music promotions are a great way to get more plays and potential listeners, but are you getting a good deal?

With so many choices with the likes off Dotted Oranges, Music Promotion Corp, Imperium Network, Playlist Push, etc.

Although some of these services may be cheap, don’t be afraid to spend more to get some better results!

Also, STOP looking for the freeway on everything. That’s how to end up without a music career (like the millions of aspiring musicians today).

Let’s take a look at some of the music promotion companies!

DaimoonMedia

Daimoon has a solid reach in Spotify playlists & Soundcloud reposts. With a reach of up to 10 million for SoundCloud reposts and 500,000 for Spotify playlist followers.

The bigger the campaign, the more Spotify/SoundCloud and its algorithm will generate more streams!

You-Grow

Yougrow has delivered 17,000,000+ YouTube views, thousands of subscribers, and a vast handful of organic Spotify streams to their hundreds of clients.

Music Growth

With over 450 million lifetime views on the channel and are currently receiving an average of 600k views each day, with over 670,000 Subscribers!

All the views are organic and they do a wide variety of genres.

The higher the package, the more features they will use to promote your music, thus bringing in more traffic to your song.

They will link all of your social media in the description and create a visualizer for all packages.

DropNight

This channel is one of the best music channels on YouTube with over 196,000 fans. They also make sure to include social media links on top of the description for each post.

An additional advantage of this is that if you create a different style than EDM, they can promote you on their second channel which has over 96,000 subscribers!

TikTok — 10.4 million follower promo

It may not exactly be a music channel, but 10 million followers is still a LOT in my book.

With over 10 million followers currently and 80% of the videos have more than 1 million views!

If you are an artist and want to promote your music on TikTok this service is for you.

Basic plan (shoutout):

  • He will tag your account (@id) in his next video description
  • The video will be a permanent post
  • The basic plan is not for music promotion.

Standard plan (music):

  • He will use your music in his next video.
  • The video will be a permanent post.

Drop Nation

Drop Nation has over 200K YouTube subscribers and an average of 150k total daily views. They’re offering their service in support of the new generation of music artists and producers.

They do genres like Electro House, Future Bass/House/Bounce, Deep House, Dubstep, Trance, Pop, Melbourne Bounce, plus more.

Obviously, with the title of the channel, this wouldn’t be best for genres like Country or Classical music, but it’s still a good option.

I think the music landscape today is wide open, being able to create your own website, social media campaign, merchandise shop, single and album releases.

BUT there are still many obstacles to face for the indie act, but with the above options, it's certainly a positive start!
