Earthquake prophecy for southeastern California, and more

The spiritual messengers of God, Aka, arrived with the brightest light in the heavens, the spectaclar comet Bennett, on the eve of Good Friday, March 26, 1970, and they spoke through a man. (See more about this in “A Stairway to Heaven.”)

Soon after this, the spiritual messengers of God asked that a club be formed. “Permanent records must be kept.” So, in the early 1970s, the Association of Universal Philosophy was incorporated. The newsletter, “Rays of Philosophy,” was published to share their messages.

When the August 1999 newsletter (that had been written before June, 1999) was being printed, a 5.0 magnitude quake on August 17, 1999, on the San Andreas fault in Northern California shook San Francisco and San Jose.

Was this a sign?

Often, just as prophecies (spoken in previous years by the spiritual messengers of God) are published in the newsletter, a sign affirming the truth of their words occurs for many to see. Is this so that we may know of their presence and their purpose — which is to prepare a way within hearts and minds for the coming of the Messiah?

In 1970, Aka cautioned people living in Yuma, Arizona, to watch the water. Will this be their first sign before the “Big One” comes? Will the Colorado River again change its course, as it did in 1905 when the Salton Sea in the neighboring Imperial Valley, California, was created? Or should we watch the mudpots bubbling up at the Salton Sea that are signs of earthquake activity there? Did the 1992 Landers and Big Bear earthquakes near San Bernardino, California, hint at what may be to come? Both earthquakes occurred significantly close to the southern portion of the San Andreas Fault, which runs southward to the Salton Sea. Could these faults contribute one day to forming the “isles of Califonia” of which the spiritual messengers of God, Aka, and others warn?

What happened when the August 1999 newsletter was being printed?

SAN FRANCISCO (CNN) — A short, sharp earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.0 jolted the San Francisco area during rush hour on August 17, 1999. The quake was centered near Bolinas, a coastal community about 20 miles north of San Francisco along the San Andreas fault. The quake lasted about 10 seconds.

Don Blakeman, a USGS geophysicist, said the California quake had nothing to do with the quake that devastated Turkey the same day.

Seismologist Bruce Bolt of the University of California, Berkeley, told radio station KCBS that the Bolinas area is where the 1906 earthquake began.

And once again, right after the October 1999 newsletter was mailed out, on October 17, 1999, a 7.0 magnitude quake shook Southern California. It was the strongest California quake since June, 1992, and one of the five largest since 1980 — and in fact, since 1952. Only eight quakes in California had been this strong that century.

Wikipedia reports: The 1999 Hector Mine earthquake occurred on October 16 with a moment magnitude of 7.1 and a maximum Mercalli intensity of VII (Very strong).

The strike-slip earthquake occurred in a remote part of the Mojave Desert, 47 miles east-southeast of Barstow, California, inside the Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Base. Its name comes from a nearby quarry named Hector Mine, which is located 14 miles northwest of the epicenter.

The earthquake was felt throughout Southern California, as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada. Many people were awakened in Las Vegas, with many reporting dizziness or trouble walking. Reports were filed as far north as Carson City, Nevada, where one woman reported waking up, hearing chimes in her house ringing.

The sequence of 12 foreshocks of up to magnitude 3.8 that began 20 hours before the Hector Mine event occurred in the same location as a cluster of off-fault aftershocks of the Landers quake.

It is thought that the earthquake may have been triggered by the 1992 Landers earthquake seven years prior, since the recurrence interval of large earthquakes in the Eastern California Shear Zone is considered to be in the order of thousands of years.

The 1992 Landers earthquake occurred on June 28 with an epicenter near the town of Landers, California. The shock had a moment magnitude of 7.3 and a maximum Mercalli intensity of IX (Violent).

Though it turned out it was not the so-called “Big One” as many people would think, it was still a very strong earthquake. The shaking lasted for two to three minutes. Although this earthquake was much more powerful than the 1994 Northridge earthquake, the damage and loss of life were minimized by its location in the sparsely-populated Mojave Desert.

The quake was preceded by the 6.1 magnitude Joshua Tree earthquake on April 23, 1992, which was located to the south of the future Landers epicenter.

The 6.5 magnitude Big Bear earthquake, which hit about three hours later after the Landers mainshock, was originally considered an aftershock. However, the United States Geological Survey determined that this was a separate, but related, earthquake. These two earthquakes are considered a regional earthquake sequence, rather than a main shock and aftershock.

Yucca Mountain is a mountain in Nevada, near its border with California, approximately 100 miles (160 km) northwest of Las Vegas. Located in the Great Basin, Yucca Mountain is east of the Amargosa Desert, south of the Nevada Test and Training Range and in the Nevada National Security Site. The formation that makes up Yucca Mountain was created by several large eruptions from a caldera volcano and is composed of alternating layers of ignimbrite (welded tuff), non-welded tuff, and semi-welded tuff. The volcanic unitshave been tilted along fault lines, thus forming the current ridge line called Yucca Mountain. In addition to these faults, Yucca Mountain is criss-crossed by fractures, many of which formed when the volcanic units cooled. A series of large explosive volcanic eruptions occurred to the north of Yucca Mountain millions of years ago, producing dense clouds of volcanic ash and rock fragments which melted or compressed together to create layers of rock called tuff, forming the mountains and hills of the region. The volcanic eruptions that produced Yucca Mountain ended about 12 million years ago. This explosive volcanism produced almost all (more than 99 percent) of the volcanic material in the Yucca Mountain region.

The 5.7 magnitude Little Skull Mountain earthquake the following day, June 29, 1992, at 10:14 UTC near Yucca Mountain, Nevada, is also considered part of the regional sequence and may have been triggered by surface wave energy produced by the Landers earthquake.

The Landers earthquake and the other large quakes associated with it in the Mohave region have been attributed to two possible long-term trends. One of these is that the San Andreas Fault may be in the process of being replaced as the plate boundary (between the North American Plate and the Pacific Plate) by a new trend across the Mojave and east of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The other is that these quakes were a manifestation of the propagation of rifting coming up from the Gulf of California.

Perhaps it is appropriate that the prophetic article on earthquakes continues below from the August 1999 “Rays of Philosophy” newsletter. (It was written before both 1999 California quakes, and prophesied 19 years before that). In 1970, Aka answered a man from the San Bernadino, California area, and also warned individuals who lived in Yuma, Arizona, on the Colorado River near Imperial Valley, California.

The man, who lived in the San Bernardino, asked a question about an earthquake the spiritual messengers of God had told him was to come. Their answer includes many quakes leading up to the “big one” in the future. On May 1, 1970, he asked: “Do you have an approximate or an exact time on this earthquake in the area, the first one?”

“Ye have already felt a very slight one, ten days ago. These shall increase in number, and with each of these they shall grow stronger.”

“When will the first one be finished?”

“There is no finish, and there is no beginning and no end.

“When the final time comes and the end comes, the great Sword will have struck and cut thy earth, and thy whole earth shall change, for all this is in God’s plan and God’s time.” (See The Revelation 19.)

Many cities lie at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains. These include San Bernardino, Redlands and Yucaipa in the south; Yucca Valley to the east; and Hesperia to the northwest. In addition, there are several mid-sized to large towns in the mountains themselves, including Big Bear Lake, Big Bear City, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead and Running Springs. The San Bernardinos run for approximately 60 miles (97 km) from Cajon Pass in the northwest. The range divides three major physiographic regions: the highly urbanized Inland Empire to the southwest, the Coachella Valley in the southeast, and the Mojave Desert to the north. Most of the range lies within the boundaries of the San Bernardino National Forest. From its northwestern end, the crest of the mountains rises steadily until they are interrupted by the gorge of Bear Creek. The northern part of the San Bernardinos is a large upland plateau characterized by a series of extensive subalpine basins, including Big Bear Valley, and is home to several large water supply reservoirs. The San Bernardinos are part of the Transverse Ranges of Southern California, a mountain chain formed by tectonic forces between the North American and Pacific Plates along the San Andreas Fault. The 1992 Big Bear earthquake occurred at 08:05:33 PDT on June 28 in Big Bear Lake, California, with a moment magnitude of 6.5 and a maximum perceived intensity of VIII (Severe) on the Mercalli intensity scale. The earthquake occurred at a relatively shallow depth of 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) and caused landslides in the San Bernardino Mountains. This earthquake occurred three hours after the 7.3 magnitude Landers earthquake, which was centered 22 miles (35 km) to the east. The closely timed occurrence of these earthquakes is an often-cited example of a regional earthquake sequence. Both earthquakes had occurred significantly close to the southern portion of the San Andreas Fault, and the Landers event may have reduced the compressional stress in that area. May 15, 1970, the spiritual messengers of God conrinued: “For thy ask of the beginning, and this shall be told. Thy ask of the end. This can never be told, for this is in God’s plan. And Lord of Abraham, Lord of Isaiah, and Lord of all, we say to Thee — bless us, Lord, for it shall be the coming of Thy light. In Jesus’ name, amen.” (See Luke 17:20–23.)

On June 16, 1970, Aka spoke to others who lived in Yuma, Arizona: “First, we would tell thee of the valley below the sea (the Imperial Valley, California — Yuma, Arizona, area.) And as it was before, it shall be again, for as thy think in thy mind, it is not so.

“For once before, it was a mountainous region, and at the same time that Atlantis sank and vanished from the face of the earth, this land became an ocean. And the souls that dwelled here at that time were souls who did not worship the God of One [and] remained here forever more.

And so it shall be again, for in God’s plan one moment, please.”

“Yes, yes.”

“For in God’s plan, we should tell thee, it shall be no more, for as water flows, so shall the spirit of God flow….

The Colorado River flows from the Rockies, across southern Utah, through the Grand Canyon, and on south into Yuma, Arizona, where it has turned the desert into rich farmland. The river flows on through Yuma, then turns west toward California into the Imperial Valley, in California, where it turns more desert farmland green. But Yuma may be vulnerable to changes in the Colorado River or to earthquakes in nearby California, since the San Andreas fault and another lie beneath the Salton Sea to the west in the Imperial Valley. And also, volcanoes lie dormant just across the Mexico border 60 miles to the south. Yuma is not far from the Gulf of California. Perhaps a look at the geological history of this region would tell us a lot?

“There are many times that God has shed teardrops for His children, not only on your world, but upon many worlds, and that this world shall overcome its karma and that God’s work shall be complete, for, as we have said before, we are not great, we are but messengers of God, and we are here to prepare a way. For there shall be a thousand years of peace on thy earth, but not as thy would count, but as God would count. And the time grows near that the Messiah shall be known to thee; therefore, sometimes we should be, or seem to be, impatient for our search for souls.”

“You said this evening that this valley will again be under the sea. Is there any danger to the people living in this valley in the near future?”

Salton Sea Reflection

“Not at the present time. Within the next ten years, yes, there is.”

“Will we be notified at the time?”

“Yes. The first warning shall come in the form of what thy would call an earthquake. At that time, this land as thy know it shall start sinking. But still this will not….there will be many who will not consider it as a warning. And when the final blow of the Sword is struck, many shall die here.”

“They will have a warning though, first?”

“Yes.”

“All right.”

“The first shall be so small that thy shall not even feel it.

“The second, thy will feel it only by looking at the water.

“The third, thy will feel it, for the ground shall shake all around thee, and some will die. The [Colorado] river shall change its course at this time, or attempt to, and man shall try to stop it. While they are trying, it shall happen again. That, for the warned shall heed our warning, should have left before then.”

Thirteen years later, in June, 1983, the Salt Canal broke below Yuma, Arizona, and flooded the country side, while the American Canal was obstructed with debris and could not carry the runoff. The Colorado River grew to a mile wide below Yuma and 20 miles wide in the agricultural area to the south near Mexico. (However, by 1980, the two who lived in Yuma in 1970 when these questions were asked had already moved to Dripping Springs valley, south of Globe, Arizona, near Ray’s ranch where the Association of Universal Philosophy’s church to God was built.)

The man-made All-American Canal turns sharply west of Yuma, Arizona, and is routed into the Imperial Valley, Callifornia. The Imperial Valley and the Salton Sink in the Coachella Valley, and its Salton Sea are located below sea level; therefore, the descent from the river near Yuma is very much greater than the descent from Yuma to the Gulf of California. In 1905, an attempt to establish an irrigation canal from the Colorado River to the Imperial Valley resulted in disaster as the Colorado escaped its channel into a pair of dry arroyos, the New River and Alamo River. For the next two years the Colorado flowed uncontrollably into the Salton Sink flooding farmland and creating the Salton Sea, which still exists today as the largest inland body of water in California. The river was finally diverted back to its present course in 1907. Geological evidence suggests that this has happened naturally many times in the past, filling Lake Cahuilla, with the floodwaters slowly evaporating over spans of decades before being re-flooded by the Colorado.

In another ten years, in January, 1993, the Colorado River overflowed its banks near Yuma, Arizona, destroying crops and killing some — and then the river overflowed again.

Then another big earthquake hit the Baja area 17 years later. On April 4, 2010, the Baja California earthquake occurred on Easter Sunday.

The quake is also known as 2010 Easter earthquake, 2010 Sierra El Mayor earthquake, or 2010 El Mayor — Cucapah earthquake. It had a moment magnitude of 7.2 and a maximum Mercalli intensity of VII (Very strong). The shock originated at 3:40:41 PM PDT south of Guadalupe Victoria, Baja California, Mexico.

The 89-second quake was widely felt throughout the Western United States, some southern states, and northwest Mexico.

It was also the strongest to rock Southern California in at least 18 years (since the 1992 Landers earthquake (M 7.3)), if not longer: the next most recent comparable earthquake — the 1952 Kern County earthquake (M 7.3) — was 58 years earlier. Each of these earthquakes had a similar magnitude, and was also felt across a large swath of North America. Most of the damage occurred in the twin cities of Mexicali and Calexico on the Mexico–United States border.

One can see how the Salton Sea in the upper left and the Gulf of California near the Baja peninsula, might be a place where water could flow where no water flowed. Irrigation has already turned the Imperial Valley into a green farming region. One can also see the ribbon of the Colorado River to the right of the Salton Sea, as it meanders south and turns west at Yuma, Arizona, into the man-made All American canal into the Imperial Valley. Aka warned Yuma residents to “watch the water.” Is this where water might first change its course? But why does Aka call Yuma, the Salton Sea and the Imperial Valley, the “valley below the sea?” Is it simply because this area is below sea level now? Or is it as Aka told them in 1970: “At the same time that Atlantis sank and vanished from the face of the earth, this land became an ocean.” Will it again be?

On July 1, 1970, did the spiritual messengers of God, Aka, tell of the land that sank beneath the sea long ago and land that was buried, and warn of a possible future “big one?”

“Now, we would tell you of a time which was before, when most men would hate, and greed destroyed the things they loved most, a time of Atlantis. And by telling you of this time, you will know what can happen again, for all the knowledge that came to them was buried beneath the earth, there to remain.

“As we have said before, this knowledge is, soon, all parts of it, shall rise again.

North of Yuma lies the Grand Canyon. The Colorado River has for many centuries meandered and cut its path through this land. But what could Aka have meant by: “At the same time that Atlantis sank and vanished from the face of the earth, this land (Yuma) became an ocean?” And by, “All the knowledge that came to them was buried beneath the earth, there to remain?” In 1905, the Phoenix Arizona Gazette reported large caverns in the Grand Canyon which may point to an ancient civilization. “Archeologists of the Smithsonian Institute have made discoveries which almost conclusively prove that the race which inhabited this mysterious cavern, hewn in solid rock by human hands, was of oriental origin, possibly from Egypt, tracing back to Ramses. If their theories are borne out by the translation of the tablets engraved with hieroglyphics, the mystery of the prehistoric peoples of North America, their ancient arts, who they were and whence they came, will be solved. Egypt and the Nile, and Arizona and the Colorado will be linked by a historical chain running back to ages which staggers the wildest fancy of the fictionist….There are two theories of the origin of the Egyptians. One is that they came from Asia; another that the racial cradle was in the upper Nile region. Heeren, an Egyptologist, believed in the Indian origin of the Egyptians. The discoveries in the Grand Canyon may throw further light on human evolution and prehistoric ages.” One may wonder, could part of Atlantis lie in the Grand Canyon? “What was dark shall be lighted, what was buried shall be uncovered, for as we have said before, now is the time of the Cherub, for we are here to prepare a way, for we seek a place that the Messiah may enter.

“The time that he shall be known to you grows close, therefore, our time grows smaller. If thy would look at the last words that Christ, Jesus, said before he left his physical body, and then, to return to it, you will understand of what we speak….” (See John, chapters 14–17.)

John 14:1–4: “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.” And John 14:18–20 “I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.” John 14: 25–29: “ These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.”

Aka said, July 20, 1970: “As thy have known and been told before, that the time of the Messiah is very near, that we are here to prepare a way, and as the birth shall happen and has happened, then we would tell thee of, also, at the same time as the birth of the Messiah, of the birth of the anti-Christ. The anti-Christ shall wear seven crowns and shall rule seven nations. But we would say of this, that the Lord, God, our Father, shall protect His children. Those who would worship the beast, or the anti-Christ, which would come from Lucifer, many foul things shall come from its mouth and it should use thy Lord, our Father, in vain. And it should mock both man and beast, for it knows that its time is short. But fear not, for its rule shall be lean, and God’s anger shall be mighty.

As we have told you before, our Lord, God, Father, has taken the necessary steps to protect the Messiah, and has taken His protection to the womb of all heaven, and as we have said before, on heaven, so shall it be on earth. The war has been fought in two places, and the war shall be won in two places. But this thy must realize, that now that Satan has been thrown to the earth, and now we would tell thee, for those who have ears to hear, the name of the anti-Christ shall be six times sixty six, and this shall be the name.

“Now, of the Messiah, the Messiah has been transferred unto a place in the desert where our Father shall protect him. And then the Eagle shall spread its wings and shall take this child and protect it, and it shall be protected in the desert. All necessary steps shall be taken that no harm should come to this one, for when the time of our Lord shall be as one, the Messiah shall rule on the earth as in heaven, and on the earth and many earths across our vast universes.

“Now, there shall be stars cast from the heavens. And as these stars are cast, so shall Lucifer be chained.” (See The Revelation, chapters 12–13).

“We know thy do not understand of which we speak at this time, but thy soon shall know. Thy shall know of all things, for our Father has opened His mighty door and the light shall shine through for thee to see. Can thy understand of which we speak?

“Nay, not at this time thy do not, but soon thy shall….

“Thy must understand, by the year 1998, all shall be in accord.” [Note: Please read Matthew 24:36 below.]

“Can thy understand of which we speak? Nay, but thy soon shall.”

Matthew 24:29–31, 36 tells us: Immediately after the distress of those days the sun will be darkened, the moon will lose its brightness. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven; then too all the peoples of the earth will beat their breasts; and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet to gather his chosen from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

“But as for that day and hour, nobody knows it, neither the angels of heaven, nor the Son, no one but the Father only.”

Most volcanoes appear close to where the Pacific continental plate meets the North American continental plate; the Juan de Fuca plate is subducting under the northerly portion of the western side of the North American Plate at the Cascadia subduction zone.

On January 21, 1977: “Aka, I have a question from [_____ ]. She asks, ‘Please tell me what is to happen in the area I live in when the earthquake hits. Will there be any safe place in Northern California to be?’”

“Yes, there are safe places. There are places in the Yosemite Valley. There are also other places in that that is known as the Lake Tahoe region, but it would be better to be on the higher proportion or higher side of this, that, we would say, closer toward Reno, Nevada, or that portion known as Truckee, California. The problem with all of these places is the ability to raise or harvest food, for there is none there. This is the problem with most of the high, mountainous regions. They do not bring forth a bountiful enough fruit, or food, as you would say, to feed the multitudes as is needed. Next, [are] the tools you would need to survive — and most important, that that would keep you from freezing to death. Take in account that of the Donner Party; look into its history. Those who were there have yet to restore themselves from this. Even through incarnation they bear the scars of the eating of human flesh.

Winters are extremely snowy and cold if not severe, while summers are cool-to-warm and dry, with occasional periods of intense thunderstorms. Its location near the Sierra Nevada crest at 1,798 metres (5,899 ft) provides conditions for winter storms to commonly deposit nearly a meter of snow in a 24-hour storm event and the occasional week-long storm event can deliver 2 to 3 metres (79 to 118 in) of snow. The Donner Party ordeal is arguably Truckee’s most famous historical event.

“Where shall we begin, and where shall we end?

“We say unto you, the Imperial Valley will go first, gradual, slow, but it shall fill, and the river shall change its course.

“Then, from Eureka, California, downward, almost as you would draw a straight line, through San Bernardino, downward into the gulf of Mexico, or to the Gulf of California, as you would call it — the splitting away of land. (Watch “The Big One and the ‘Valley below the Sea’ — a prophecy.”

Eureka is the principal city and county seat of Humboldt County in the Redwood Empire region of California. The city is located on U.S. Route 101 on the shores of Humboldt Bay, 270 miles (430 km) north of San Francisco and 100 miles (160 km) south of the Oregon border The area regularly experiences large earthquakes as it is situated on the southern end the Cascadia subduction zone and near the San Andreas Fault, which interface around the Mendocino Triple Junction. On January 9, 2010, a 6.5 magnitude earthquake occurred about 33 miles (53 km) off shore from Eureka. After two seconds, it became a violent “jumper”, making objects fly. This was the largest recent earthquake since the April 25–26, 1992 sequence. It was followed on February 4, 2010, by a magnitude 5.9 earthquake which struck about 35 miles (56 km) northwest of the community of Petrolia and nearly 50 miles (80 km) west of Eureka. The shaking was felt within a 150-mile (240 km) radius, as far north as southern Oregon and as far south as Sonoma County. The largest recorded in the area was the 7.2 Mw event on November 8, 1980. The larger earthquakes can pose a tsunami threat to coastal areas.

“Land shall rise, yet fall again. Islands shall be made.

The San Andreas Fault is a continental transform fault that extends roughly 1,200 kilometers (750 mi) through California. It forms the tectonic boundary between the Pacific Plate and the North American Plate, and its motion is right-lateral strike-slip (horizontal). The fault divides into three segments, each with different characteristics and a different degree of earthquake risk. Arrows show the relative motion of the two plates. A study published in 2006 in the journal Nature found that the San Andreas fault has reached a sufficient stress level for an earthquake of magnitude greater than 7.0 on the moment magnitude scale to occur. This study also found that the risk of a large earthquake may be increasing more rapidly than scientists had previously believed. Moreover, the risk is currently concentrated on the southern section of the fault, i.e. the region around Los Angeles, because massive earthquakes have occurred relatively recently on the central (1857) and northern (1906) segments of the fault, while the southern section has not seen any similar rupture for at least 300 years. According to this study, a massive earthquake on that southern section of the San Andreas fault would result in major damage to the Palm Springs-Indio metropolitan area and other cities in San Bernardino, Riverside and Imperial counties in California, and Mexicali Municipality in Baja California. It would be strongly felt (and potentially cause significant damage) throughout much of Southern California, including densely populated areas of Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Orange County, San Diego County, Ensenada Municipality and Tijuana Municipality, Baja California, San Luis Rio Colorado in Sonora and Yuma, Arizona.

“Then should come another splitting away. This should go farther over.

“You may draw a line from Reno, up into Oregon, down toward Kingman, and through your great dam there. This shall be the next breaking away.”

“Then should come the breaking away of the European area.

“But before this should happen, the breaking away of that that you call the New York peninsula. And it should not form islands, for it should be beneath the sea.

“In the readings you will find a great multitude of information on this subject. Bring it together now, that it can be prepared and used by all of the people. But remember, the earth has shifted itself many times. Man has lived. The manner unto which he should survive is the question.

“Survival is not the only thing. To survive without knowledge is to climb back into the caves which you came out of.

“And how many times have you come from these caves? How many times has your civilization reached its peak — to not heed the warnings? If Noah had stored upon his ark knowledge, what a great thing this would have been. That of your written words, that of how to do things — mineralogy, electronics, every one of your technologies — should be preserved. Instead of putting riff-raff quite often in your time capsules, why do you not place technology and maps of these for the people, and when the time comes that these could be recovered?

“We have told you to store of the food, to store of tools — but without knowledge, you shall survive, but for what? So that your race may go on?

“In this day and this time of yours — when you are beginning to learn that the color and creed, or another person’s religion, is not what makes the person, it is what they are — understand them. The time will come when you shall live together. Or shall you be [as] the last time, each separating into your separate races, each ready to make war upon the other [through] mistrust?

“You of the American people are the melting pot. You are the place where the best steel has been forged, yet you have become weak. It is not how strong[ly] a man may hold a sword [that] should be his weakness, but the lack of knowledge [that] is his weakness — the knowledge to know when to use the sword and when to lay it down and use it no more.

“Store, but do not be as a rodent to run and hide [it] in the ground. It is written that woe be a man, for when this time comes, whatever you are doing, do not go back for your coat or hat, but flee unto the mountains. And let it be said, it is also written that, pray that it should not be in the winter time when the mothers are pregnant and heavy with child.” [See Matthew, Chapter 24.]

“Each of you have thought in your mind of what kind of catastrophe could strike in such a way, in this time, that all of these things would be lost? We say unto you, the earth has been changing upon its axis since 1932. The earth shift is inevitable.

“War shall come, but it shall be stopped by natural catastrophe. But the [sparks] of war, the rumors of war — wars in Quebec, wars in Mexico — all of these are made to weaken your nation, to weaken your people. Which shall you choose?

“You are a free people. The only reason you may remain so is of a government by the people, for the people, through free enterprise, control your own lives. Do not let a government control you, or you will have lost that freedom. Do not heed to all of these new things that people shall say unto you shall be the best for you. Look at them deeply, then decide.

“For those who shall make decisions to move into different areas, make the decision in a wise manner, that of [the] means of making a living, of providing for your families.

“All of these things must come first.”

June 1, 1977: “We say unto you, new tornados and hurricanes shall rack the Midwest, and the United States on the eastern and western shorelines. Earthquakes shall be as common as [that] the sun should rise in the morning. But fear not, for those who should not walk with the mark of the Beast should have nothing to fear. [See The Revelation, chapters 13 and 19.]

“For those who should pass on at this time are passing on for a purpose.

“There are those who believe in the death of their friend. He passed on that he may return and walk by the side of the Messiah. You should not grieve, but give gladness into his heart, for he found that that he sought. And he shall return to sow the fields. His sleep is already passed; his awakeness and awareness is already at work.

“Now is the time of the Cherubim. The great Sword stands above thee. It should slice from two sides.

“From one shall part the earth and change its form. In a land where no rivers flowed, rivers shall run freely. In other land, parts of your land shall flood and turn into desert. Gardens shall grow in the desert, and the earth shall change its face.

“On the other side of the Sword, so shall it separate man — for those who should stand with God, and for those who shall deny Him. Remember unto the tale of Lot from thy Bible and you shall see your earth — for as the two cities were taken from the earth, and the inhabitants therein, so should it happen to the substance of thy earth. Yet, for those who did not look back, they did multiply and come forth upon the earth. And they were the descendants of Abraham, as the brother of Lot.

“The earth shall change its shape — this is true. If you prepare a way now, your Messiah shall come unto you in the year of 1999 and be known unto you and walk with you. It is your choice. It is your world. It is your universe. It is your time. What shall you make of it?”

August 10, 1970, the spiritual messengers of God said: “As thy have known before of our Father, and our Father’s plan, that all may come in accord we would tell thee that the time of the Messiah is close at hand….

“Then we should say that very soon, almost in the twinkling of an eye, parts of the upper proportion of Europe shall split apart and the earth there shall change. We should tell thee that, at this time, the work that is happening, as thy know it, Israel, if your country denies or does not give the gift it was intended to do, if it does not spread its wings and protect this area, then a new karma shall be born for your country and for your world.

“For it was God’s plan that the time and half time should end, and therefore, the Jewish people should kneel before Christ.

“Thy do not understand of which we speak, but thy soon will.”

March 17, 1972: “[_____ ] has asked if the infant Messiah of which you have spoken, ‘Is it born already, as we understand it, and in what country?’”

“And we should answer in this manner. These things are known only unto our Father. And for, at the present time, for his protection, the exact location shall be kept a secret into the same.

“But [we] answer in this manner:

Our Lord says, ‘HARK,’ into thee,

‘FOR AGAIN UPON YOUR EARTH, IN THE DESERT DWELLS, AND THEREFORE, BY THE SEA, WHERE THE STARS AT NIGHT ARE SEEN ALL IN THIRTEEN AND MORE THAN THREE.’

“For the wise to hear let them hear. And for the wise to see let them see.

“And when the time comes, and the ocean roars and the mountain bellows their mighty force, our Father shall write upon the sky the entry of the same.”

May 4, 1973, after Aka departed and Ray returned back into his body, Ray described a vision he’s just seen. Was he shown a preview of the Mt. St. Helens eruption to come seven years later in the same month, on May 18, 1980? Or did Ray see another time in the future? The tape recorder was turned back on as Ray described what he saw: “The whole mountain was falling off — the mountain was just falling. I started to go in and when I did that mountain started falling, and boy, I started coming back out, like 60 (m.p.h.) — it scared me.” Then, On May 18, 1980, a major volcanic eruption occurred at Mount St. Helens, a volcano located in Skamania County, in the State of Washington. The eruption (a VEI 5 event) was the most significant volcanic eruption to occur in the contiguous 48 U.S. states since the 1915 eruption of Lassen Peak in California. It has often been declared as the most disastrous volcanic eruption in U.S. history. The eruption was preceded by a two-month series of earthquakes and steam-venting episodes, caused by an injection of magma at shallow depth below the volcano that created a large bulge and a fracture system on the mountain’s north slope. Was this a sign of what is to come?

February 2, 1971, Aka tells us: “There shall be many eruptions upon your earth, for every rock upon your earth shall be changed, as the descendants of Abraham were changed….” (See Matthew 24.)

“Now we give you this time — in the year of 1998, then we shall spare by two years — if all is not in completion for the arrival of the Messiah upon your earth, and peace, the wrath of the Lord unto the Seven Angels shall spill forth.” (See The Revelation 15:5–8 and Chapter 16.)]

August 28, 1970: “Yes, Father —

“yes,

yes.”

“This period shall come about in the year 2,000…no, the records show 2202…2; yes, this is as the records show. This you must realize — only our Father, and at His grace, shall disclose what stands in the times that stand for His great plan.

“And it shall be on earth as in heaven and in the universe and universes.

“Therefore, this time shall be 2022; and at this time your bodies must become accustomed to these things.

“This shall begin in 1998.”

The spokesman for people who gathered to listen to Aka on March 17, 1978, asked: “What will happen in the year 2022? You mentioned the year is important for some reason. Will man’s life span be increased?”

“What will happen in this year?

It shall be the kingdom, or the downfall of your world. Man’s life span shall either be increased or decreased. All shall depend upon what you shall seek.

“We have laid before you the work for the preparation of the coming of the Messiah. You cannot see this. Another man, much the same as you, could not see it in another time, and he let both his friend and the Messiah die and be crucified. Yet, death did not come as he thought it would.…” [Note: Was Aka speaking of the disciple, Judas? (See John 16:31–33, 17:1–12, 18:12–27, and 21:15–19).]

“We are here to prepare the way for the coming of the Messiah, and nothing from either side shall interfere.

“We say unto you, that that has come upon the western seaboard is only the beginning. That that has laid upon the land shall become into floods and earthquakes. Hurricanes shall sweep upon the land. The Fifth Angel no longer stand upon your land; he walks upon it. Now is the time of the Cherubim.

“Glory be the name of the Lord.

The Cherubim are the throne bearers of God. It is through their outstretched wings that they spoke to Moses atop the ark of the Covenant. “We have come unto many throughout the time of times, for where we dwell there is no time, and where we dwell there is no form. We came upon your Earth, this you should call of you home, in the beginning.”

“Now is the time of the Cherubim.

We are here but for one purpose, the preparation for the coming of the Messiah.”

On a night so silent no one heard was a glorious coming. Comet Bennett, discovered in December 1969, passed over the Earth on March 26, 1970, the eve before many were to remember Jesus’ Last Passover Supper when he made his farewell promise to return. (See John, chapters 13–17.) This brilliant light shone in the heavens throughout April 1970. Some say it was the brightest of the century. With it, the spiritual messengers of God, Aka, came to bring news that will be of great joy to all the world. (See A Stairway to Heaven.)
