The Hotel Stories event series is back with our second free interactive workshop for hoteliers looking to discover the latest in digital marketing techniques and how to increase direct bookings.
Having successfully hosted over 80 hotel professionals at our debut event in May — The Hotel Stories @Barcelona — our second workshop will take place in Madrid this coming September on Thursday 20th, (9:00–13:00 CEST — conducted in Spanish), with an exciting panel of experts ready to share their expertise across digital marketing, e-commerce, loyalty and website personalisation, with a focus on how to increase revenue from these areas.
Thanks to an interactive format, attendees will also be able to explore the latest trends affecting the hotel industry, as well as meet liked-minded individuals in a relaxed setting.
Speakers include Smart Travel news Editor Juan Daniel Núñez, as well as Luiggi Sarrias of BeOne Communication who will present “Dayketing” (https://aukera.es/blog/marketing-online-dayketing/) — how to transform current events into communications campaigns that attract travellers.
Our own Juanjo Rodriguez, of The Hotels Network, will be leading the discussion around predictive analytics, website personalisation and machine learning to improve direct bookings, while Infor’s Patrick Phelps will guide you through redefining loyalty in the digital era.
Round table discussions with hotel e-commerce managers, case study analysis and further networking opportunities will also take place, allowing you to explore together the challenges that hotels face when tackling digital marketing strategies and increasing direct bookings.
