If you’ve been following LALA on Twitter and Discord, chances are, you’ve seen our drop overview for the debut collection, detailing how it all works and what to expect.

On Tuesday July 25th, our first digital collectibles — inspired by and in partnership with The Wolf of Wall Street — will be available for purchase. We can’t wait to give fans a chance to access and own a piece of this iconic film.

As we continue the countdown to this unique fan experience, we want to give you a first look at what’s to come for Drop 001: The Hustle.

In this blog post, we’ll break down each of the three tiers of collectibles you can purchase on drop day, along with the exciting perks that come with them.

This collection will feature three categories of collectibles for fans to choose from: Director’s Cut, Limited Edition, and General Release.

Remember, priority access to the drop will be given to insiders who claim our LALA x The Wolf of Wall Street poster. Poster holders will get first dibs at the Presale event on drop day (July 25). After the Presale, we’ll open it up to the general public for minting later that day.

Note: ETH and USD pricing subject to market fluctuations based on the ETH price on 7/25/23

With each of these collectibles, all token holders will receive the following perks:

• Exclusive access to our LALA x The Wolf of Wall Street collector community, connecting you with fellow fans and token holders, in addition to the ability to play a part in future drops that we’ll be crowdsourcing your feedback on
• Exclusive access to never-before-seen footage from the film, providing an immersive behind-the-scenes viewing experience

Director’s Cut:

The Director’s Cut is our top-tier collectible, with only 25 animated digital artworks available for purchase at approximately $499 each (or ETH equivalent on 7/25/23).

In addition to the above, those who purchase a Director’s Cut collectible will receive:

• 1x Framed print of the static version, perfect for adding to your art collection

Limited Edition:

Our Limited Edition collectible has 200 animated digital artworks available for purchase at approximately $199 each (or ETH equivalent on 7/25/23).

In addition to the above access every collector receives, those who purchase a Limited Edition collectible will receive:

General Release:

General Release is a great option if you’re new to digital collectibles, with 2,000 static digital artworks available for purchase at approximately $95 each (or ETH equivalent on 7/25/23).

In addition to the above access every collectible holder receives, those who purchase a General Release collectible will also enjoy:

• Static LALA x The Wolf of Wall Street digital collectible (JPEG)
• 1 x Print of the artwork, so you can gaze at it all day from your desk
• 10% discount on Drop 001 capsule collection (only available for collectors) + future collections available to the public
• 0.039556% of Drop 001 revenue distribution in payouts (or roughly the equivalent of a cup of coffee from your favorite barista per year)

It’s sure to be a crowd pleaser for all fans.

Additional things to know:

On July 25th, you can shop these collectibles on the LALA website with a credit card, debit card, bank account, (if you’re in the US) or cryptocurrency (if you’re outside the US). Our collectibles will be in the form of digital tokens called ERC-721, which will be created and stored securely on the Ethereum blockchain. This ensures that each collectible is unique and verifiable.

Once you own a LALA x The Wolf of Wall Street digital collectible, you will have the option to sell it on secondary marketplaces like OpenSea, allowing you to trade or transfer ownership to other collectors.

To ensure fairness for certain perks such as the merch drops, we will take snapshots of digital wallets on a specific day and time. These snapshots will be used to determine and allocate the associated perks to the holders of the collectibles at that time. Don’t worry, we will inform you in advance about when these snapshots will be taken to ensure you’re well-informed and can participate in the perks allocation process.
