Green tea at CUP speciality coffee and tea
An unusual method of infusing green tea.
Tea made using equipment I have seen only once before, at Just Made 33 in Athens.
Pour in boiling water.
Leave for three minutes.
Release into carafe below.
Pour and enjoy.
- 10 g green tea
- 900 g of boiling water
- 3 minutes
The top bowl has a metal gauze filter through which the tea flows.
A difference between CUP and Just Made 33, the carafe has a cork inserted in the top, and in this example infused for two carafes.
