The Evesham Township K-8 School District and Cherokee High School will be closed on Monday, Jan. 25.
Students in Evesham Township Schools and Cherokee High School will get a long weekend as they will have a second consecutive snow day on Friday, March 6 due to icing conditions and freezing temperatures throughout the region.
With a winter storm hitting on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, both Evesham Township Schools and Cherokee High School will be closed on Thursday, March 5.
The Evesham Township Public School District will be closed on Monday, March 3 due to weather related conditions. Another winter storm is expected to arrive in the region Sunday night and continue into Monday.
With inclement weather impacting the region yet again, the Evesham School District as well as Cherokee High School will be closed Thursday, Feb. 13.
I am an Evans School alumnus, and I was happy to hear that Evans has been saved for this year. I hope the town can find a way to keep it open permanently. With all the growth in the area, I am convinced there will be enough students to keep Evans open.

Evesham Township elementary and middle schools will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, according to the district’s website. This closing follows the recent winter storm and decision to send students home early on Jan. 21, 2014.
According to Camden County’s Twitter account (@camdencountynj) Traffic Alert: Route 70 at Conestoga Road is closed due to flooding.
The flooding is just east of Marlton.
Use caution and seek alternative routes.
Please be advised that all schools are open on Oct. 31 with the exception of Evans Elementary School and Van Zant Elementary School. These two schools are closed due to power outage. We will notify everyone once power is restored in those buildings.
