Country Liberals (Northern Territory)

Part of the Liberal/National Coalition, but unsurprisingly focusing more on their home: the Northern Territory. But because they are part the Coalition, they’re at least somewhat responsible for the trashiness we’ve seen over the past 6 years.

Clearly, I’m not the only person who thinks this. In the last NT election in 2016, the party went from holding government to losing all but 2 seats in the 25 seat parliament. And if you want a more recent example, the party’s only Federal senator, and Minister of Indigenous Affairs, Nigel Scullion, is jumping ship before this election before the Coalition likely meets a similar fate.

Policy

This branch of the Coalition doesn’t have any real policy, beyond focusing on the Northern Territory. Realistically though, they’ll just be voting along the exact same lines as the Libs and Nats, so you don’t have to think too hard as to where they stand on most issues.
