The other major part of the governing Coalition, they inherit a lot of the dumpsterfire-ness from them. But to be fair to the Nats, they do a pretty good job of it themselves anyways.

A mere few months before an election, they manage to have internal divisions and leadership rumblings wanting to get Barnaby Joyce back as the party leader. And any party that wants a man who did this in parliament back as their leader (not to mention his activities outside of parliament), you should really worry about their judgement.

Policy

Look, their policy probably doesn’t matter because they’re in the Coalition and Libs will probably determine most of the direction if they get in. They do have some more regionally-focused policy on their website, but again like most of the major parties, the vast majority of the juicy stuff won’t come out until the campaign begins.

Vote for them if

You want a carp-hating tomato as your deputy PM.
