Your family can f*** you up. Discussing the ins and outs of interpersonal relationships, healing, and creating our own support systems.
Note from the editor

I am blessed to have both a wonderful relationship with my mom who lives with me, and a sister who is one of my best friends. After a tumultuous household growing up, we all value each other more than I could have imagined. I also have a wonderful brother-in-law. He is a supportive, fun, and caring person to all three of us. They have been married for almost 10 years. I am lucky to have the relationships I do have.    That being said, for most of my life, family was a bad word. Growing up in a traumatic household can ruin our feelings toward family, community, parents, siblings, and love. That is what this publication is about. Family isn’t always a positive word. It can mean frustration, disappointment, abandonment, abuse, trauma, etc. Let’s talk about the difficult parts of family and how we learn, grow, and create something new.
