Psalm 119 ק QOPH — I Hope in Your Word

I cry out with my whole heart:

Make me holy,
Make me pure;
I am base, repellent, vile;
Make me spotless,
Make me Yours;
I am ugly, bad, defiled.

They are far from Your law:

They are hateful,
They are wrong.
I am pure, delightful, true.
You are holy,
You are pure;
I am beautiful and new.

You are near, O Lord:

Hear me clearly,
Heal me justly;
I’ll upon Your Word delight.
Save me wholly,
Love me deeply,
I will meditate all night.

I hope in Your Word.

Esther learned to read when she was four years old, and began writing shortly thereafter. She is a queer Christian poet, crafting with words to create art and music.
