Psalm 125 — Very Good

Envelop me, O God,
As mountains ring a vale.
Together, we abide,
And we will never fail.

Misfortune shall not stay
Where Your beloved dwell,
For You lead harm away,
And keep us safe and well.

Surround me, Love and Light;
Hold me beneath Your wing
All day and yet, all night,
My Lily, my Wellspring.

Do good, O Lord, to good:
You see that I am good.
Behold, the world is good,
And it is very good.

Esther learned to read when she was four years old, and began writing shortly thereafter. She is a queer Christian poet, crafting with words to create art and music.
