Psalm 134 — Who Stand By Night

Love, I will sanctify Your House,
And I will stand against the wrong.
You are my safe place, my refuge.
I bless You, Love, my strength, my song!

I wait upon the night for You,
And I will stay, though it be long.
I lift my hands in holy awe.
I bless You, Love, my strength, my song!

You planned and built the earth and sky;
You hold my hand, say I belong;
You lift me up and glorify me.
I bless You, Love, my strength, my song!

Esther learned to read when she was four years old, and began writing shortly thereafter. She is a Canadian queer Christian poet, crafting with words to create art and music.
