The serial-cycling diet: day 57

Breakfast: eggs with mozzarella, cooked in ghee.
Lunch: beef short ribs; fried pieces of chicken.
Dinner: same as lunch.
Commentary: didn’t need to eat lunch, really, but I felt like it. I also seem to recovering better from the deadlift on Sunday. Back is not sore at all, and the muscles between my shoulder plates are less sore. I also caught up with sleep over the weekend.
