As mentioned in Part 1, no one on this trip planned to be in Amsterdam for longer than 45 minutes. But with dreaded fog and sunshine in the mix, we were waylaid in Amsterdam for 10 hours so we made the most of it.

Amsterdam Centraal train station. Get your ticket with a button on a machine that says “I want to go to Amsterdam”.
Stacks and stacks of traingoers.
Sometimes I like to brag, sometimes I’m soft spoken. When I’m in Holland I eat the pannenkoeken. (Apple and bacon pictured here)
Rolling into the city like bosses. Sleepy, sleepy bosses.
TBH I’m interested in a pizza cruise.
Bus boat?
The queue for the Anne Frank House
Various rectangles of Amsterdam. And a horse.
Canal boats.
Street street art.
Womp womp.
Garage art.
Solid bike decoration.
The Drogisterij.
Another canal.
Dome lifestyle.
Herring sandwich (and a flag).
Sanitary herring hut.

It was about a 12 hour detour, but eventually we got to where we were trying to go:
