Despite the uncertain future we face, NY companies are caring for their employees, each other, and the broader audience they serve. With New Yorkers accustomed to weathering its share of tough times, we’d be surprised to see anything less. Though there is no shortage of COVID-19 resources available (one of the ones we’ve turned to in the tech community is Tech:NYC), we wanted to highlight initiatives that our portfolio companies are assembling to help during this time. We’ll be keeping this updated with any new developments.

On top of a dedicated section to Coronavirus updates, online digital health diagnostic platform K Health is providing free telehealth access. By downloading the K Health app and using COVID19 at checkout, you’ll have unlimited access to U.S. doctors free for 14 days and expert advice for symptoms. Find out more about the program here.

With work environments changing overnight, coaching platform Bravely will be hosting a free webinar today, 3/17 with a Bravely Pro. Topics will include actionable ways to cope with current challenges, such as keeping your work relationships strong despite distance, coping with isolation and anxiety, and staying visible, connected, and motivated at work. RSVP for the noon ET session here. Participants will also receive a free Bravely coaching session.

For more work from home expertise, on Wednesday, 3/25 fully integrated IT platform Electric will be hosting a free webinar with Justworks, OrgOrg, and Donut. During the session panelists will cover expectation setting, how to optimize your WFH environment, cybersecurity best practices, and more. Register here to attend the 1 PM EST session. (If you can’t attend, RSVP to receive a recording.)

Should you need a pizza fix, Slice has launched contact-free delivery as a way to keep its users and restaurant partners safe. When you order from a restaurant powered by the site, you can select contact-free delivery at checkout, and the delivery person will leave food at the customer’s door or wherever they instruct.

Similarly, all-in-one restaurant ordering suite Lunchbox is also enabling contactless delivery for its customers (Bareburger being among the first to implement), and founder Nabeel penned a post about ways restaurants can deliver food safely. UPDATE: The Lunchbox team also partnered with Eniac to launch Help Main Street!, a website where you can buy gift cards to +10K of your favorite local restaurants. Support by adding your go-to's as well as making purchases.

While you’re at home, if you need support figuring out what to cook, eat, or buy, or how to better organize your space, Equal Parts and Open Spaces under Pattern Brands are extending personalized, complimentary, on-demand support. Pattern will also be donating 1% of every purchase to Food Bank NYC to provide emergency food supplies to vulnerable communities, and will also be hosting community virtual events. To get more details on these initiatives, see the blog post they’ve put together.

You can learn a lot about a company with how it handles a difficult time. Kindred, the events company that accelerates sustainable, purpose-led business transformation, created a collaborative spreadsheet to track for-profit companies that are leading by example with decisions benefitting their employees, customers, and communities right now. View and add to the list here.

If you’re an academic or industry research working on small molecules treating COVID-19, drug discovery platform OneThree Biotech is offering free compound toxicity screening using its validated AI platform. Founder Neel Madhukar can be reached through the OneThree website.

For event planners who are wondering what’s next, The Vendry put together a guide and a community for you to join.

SquareFoot founder Jonathan Wasserstrum also wants to support startups by handling any upcoming office space needs or unused desks.

And mental health professionals, Alma has been compiling resources to keep the community informed. Check this blog post for up to date information that may inform your practice.

Please stay healthy and safe, and know that you can reach out to any of us on the Primary team for support.
