There is no limit on learning knowledge. After reading a post from another student, Keying Lin, I learned more skills that I should have for time management.

Recording Tasks

People write notes down to help them remember. When we need to complete a task, it is better to write it down with a pen. Keying Lin mentioned, “ I figure when I write it out I will pay a little more attention to it and will more likely to finish it” (2018) . There is a term called muscle memory. When we keep practicing a skill by writing it down, we will have some instinct on it. We can get a better memory if we write down something that is important to us.

Put into little pieces

In her post, she also mentioned we should separate works. When people have a big project to finish, they tend to break it down into small parts. We cannot finish a task in one day, so we should not try to finish it on the first day or try to rush it on the last day. It is never a good idea to do that. When we put things into little pieces, we can focus on the detail of every pieces and clarify information.

Don’t be distracted

If you sit down to work on a task at the predetermined time, and your mind is all over the place, you’re obviously not going to make very good use of your time. It is very important to focus when you are doing something. Keep anythings that can distract you away from you. We need to force us into this kind of mood to produce high quality of works.

These are three important skills that I agree on her blog posts and I am looking forward to read more good posts that other students post.
