The Top Floor is a community full of hustlers all built with the entrepreneurial mindset. Our goal here is to provide those interested in leveling up their game with the proper resources to do so. We’ve implemented The Floor Plan which is an extremely valuable tool for those at any point in their entrepreneurial journey — experienced, brand new or somewhere in between.
We’ve chosen the Discord platform as the primary location for our community for a few reasons:

Members of the Penthouse
The Top Floor is where the members of the Penthouse resides. These community members are hand-selected industry experts as well as the organizers behind the community. They each have acquired their own level of success with accompanying back stories detailing how they got there (Check our Youtube out to hear their stories). Not only are they successful business owners they are also successful mentors and educators. The Penthouse members are the largest contributors of knowledge to the community. In fact a few of them even offer digital courses and personalized mentorship..
We envision one day having hundreds of Penthouse members either coming through the pipeline here at Top Floor (via Residents) or from us seeing them doing their thing and inviting them to be a part of the community. Our HOA members are provided tools so they can not only keep killing the game in their own personal ventures but also be able to spread the knowledge more efficiently.
In the Discord you’ll notice a locked sub-channel for the Top Floor. This is exclusively for our Penthouse members.
The Residents
Residents are considered the most active members of the community as they take the next steps required to begin making it to the Top Floor. In order to become a Resident you need to obtain the “The Residence Key.” The Key is blockchain-powered and provides lifetime access for the holder to Top Floor’s exclusive benefits:
- Exclusive access to “The Key Club” — Discord channel which contains our course library and communication lines to Penthouse
- Yearly national conference
- Regularly occurring networking events
- Educational Resources (masterminds, courses, challenges etc)
- Archived Community Content

The Tenants
Becoming a Tenant is as simple as hopping into the Discord and introducing yourself. Joining the Top Floor Community is free and does include some valuable resources if your goal is to make it to the Top Floor.
Just like the Penthouse Members have Top Floor access, Residents have Key Club access, the Tenants will have access to the Ground Floor Sub-channel in the Discord.
We have a Floor plan that puts you on the path towards the Top by providing you with access to credit analysis and the resources to begin building your personal and business brand. Our community activities help you get used to the Top Floor network with incentives such as interviews, industry updates, giveaways and challenges. We even have areas where the community can discuss topics centered around self-education (books, lectures, podcasts, etc)
