Tomorrow’s workout builds chest muscles and burns king size calories. How many exactly? I dunno, how much can we make ourselves sweat?? LET’S GO!
- Plank with Twist — 60 sec
- Bouncing Pushups — 60 sec
- Rock Star Jumps — 60 sec
- Shoulder drop pushups — 60 sec
- Lizard hops — 60 sec
- Rocker push ups — 60 sec
- High knees run in place — 60 seconds, drive your legs as high and fast as you can
- Rest — 60 seconds
- Repeat the circuit 1x
