TTAcademy was launched last year with the purpose of serving innovators and entrepreneurs building technology companies to bring the human mind to the next level.
Why we exist?
People are having a hard time. Even though by most objective measures the human condition is better than it has ever been, global stress, anxiety, fear, depression, loneliness, low trust and despair is accelerating around the world, across cultures, cohort, and countries. The human mind is on fire.
This is also an extraordinary and wonderful time.
Due to exponential tech, and a long history of medical and psychological research, technology can now be leveraged to help humans thrive and flourish.
On the market side the timing is now. We are at a ripe confluence of Need/Economic Impetus, Demand/Behavior Change, and Means/Emerging Tech*, that signals a market opportunity acceleration.
We need many scalable, accessible, and affordable solutions towards this end.
We need to start a movement towards human enhancement.
We need to empower the Transformative Tech community.
Last September, 1,000+ entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders from 69 countries and 450 cities, working in the Transformative Technology arena, joined our first Trans Tech Academy. They are truly amazing people. What sets them apart from other entrepreneurs is the way they use technology to enhance mental health, well-being and joy of thousands of people. 🙌 We are especially proud of our gender ratio: About 38% of the Entrepreneurs cohort had more than 50% females in their company. We heard from so many of them that our first entrepreneurial program was such an inspiring approach to market leaders (a.k.a. many of you!), insights, actionable wisdom, and inspiration, that we decided to collect all their feedback and turn it into a second, improved and evolved Transformative Tech Academy.

With our premise upfront, “The Future of Work, Society, and Tech DEPENDS on the State of the Human Mind”, we are proud to announce that Transformative Tech Academy is back in September! One more time a mix of entrepreneurs, innovators, mentors and investors will gather at the same time in the same place to collaborate, network, and create with one single purpose: support entrepreneurs and innovators using tech to expand human possibility.
Here’s what to look forward this year:
Content — TTA exclusively focuses on topics, opportunities, and problems unique to Transformative Tech companies and bring in experts, founders, and companies whose experience can help you.
We intentionally do not replicate the outstanding general content you can find with YC or other online programs. This unique content is aimed at addressing all the specific needs that you, as Transformative Tech founder, have experienced or will experience in your entrepreneurial path.
Learn from experts from several TT fields, such as Workplace Wellness, Hardware Design for TT, Fundraising for TT, and more! Also dig in for Extra Credit ;)
Challenges — This is new! Our second cohort will have the opportunity to participate in our Challenges, that will include: Mental Health, Compassion, Workplace Wellness, Mental Fitness and more. The teams will be guided to find others in the TTA to take on the Challenge with and frameworks to explore it over the 4 weeks together.
Challenge winners will be able to meet with experts, advisors, and investors around starting their Challenge company.
Investor Office Hours — We are really lucky to count with the most experienced and relevant investors in this space. They invest with purpose and devote their funds (or part of them) to leverage technology to expand human potential. You can be one of the lucky participants to pitch your company and receive feedback directly from our investors!

Founder Growth and Development — We believe that you build what you are. At TTA, we’re proud to prioritize founder continued growth and development. As such we require everyone in the Academy (yes, the core team too) to participate in growth sessions to discover, deepen, or refine our values, beliefs, and motivations. This is a complete development program designed by Evolution, and is aimed at driving long-term, holistic success through developing leadership, alignment and culture. Greater Founder Participation and Connection — In our second year, we’re going to give you better and easier ways to share your projects and connect with one another. Specifically, we’ll use Challenges, Open Pitching Sessions you can apply to, Founder Dating and Collaboration Tools so you can find top peers in your field with whom finding ways to support each other.
We are the only global program within the tech vectors of human possibility dedicated to advancing your company, skillsets, and personal transformation. All this coming within two months!
