Triall is launching an exclusive TRL liquidity staking program on PancakeSwap with an APR of 125%. In this article, we’ll walk you through all of the key steps towards providing liquidity to our TRL/BNB trading pair and staking that liquidity in our liquidity staking pool.

An overview of the staking pool and a summary of details can be found below.

TRL ‘BSC Liquidity Staker 1’ pool:

*The TRL staking pools are only accessible to those who have whitelisted their wallet address. Whitelist here to get access to all (future) TRL staking pools. Register your BSC address here if you previously only whitelisted your ETH address.

Staking requirements

First, here are the key requirements to be able to stake:

  • You need to be whitelisted to be able to join a staking pool (whitelist here).
  • You need a MetaMask wallet to be able to interact with PancakeSwap and the staking platform.
  • You need an equal fiat value of both TRL and BNB in your wallet for providing liquidity (plus a little extra BNB to cover gas fees).
  • If you’re on mobile, please use the built-in browser in your MetaMask mobile app, the dApp browser.

Please note that liquidity staking makes you susceptible to potential impermanent loss. More info on impermanent loss can be found in this article.

How to join the TRL liquidity staking program

Here are the 16 steps towards (a) providing liquidity on PancakeSwap and (b) staking the liquidity in the ‘BSC Liquidity Staker 1’ pool:

STEP 1. Ensure you have a MetaMask wallet. You’ll need a MetaMask wallet to be able to interact with PancakeSwap and our staking pool.

For those that are new to crypto, here’s a brief guide on how to install MetaMask: (1) download the MetaMask browser plugin; (2) ensure the plugin is activated inside your browser; (3) create a new password and write down the Secret Backup Phrase in a safe place. MetaMask will now create a new address for you; (4) Select BSC Mainnet as your network;

For those that haven’t hold TRL tokens before, here’s a guide on how to add TRL to your MetaMask asset overview.

STEP 2. Whitelist your address(es) using Gleam. To whitelist yourself, go to this Gleam page, register your BSC (and TRL) address, and conduct 20 tasks centred around familiarizing yourself with the Triall project and promoting Triall within your network. Whitelist once, to get access to all future TRL staking pools on ETH and BSC.

STEP 3. Purchase TRL on PancakeSwap or swap TRL to BSC. Here’s a guide on how to buy TRL tokens on PancakeSwap. Alternatively, if you already hold TRL(ERC20) tokens you can follow this guide to swap your tokens to BSC using our ETH<>BSC bridge.

STEP 4. Purchase BNB. Buy some BNB on your preferred exchange (e.g. Binance, Kucoin, etc.) and send these BNB tokens to your MetaMask wallet address (make sure to double check your address so that your funds don’t get lost). Ensure that the fiat value of TRL you’d like to commit equals the fiat value of BNB you have in your wallet (and also ensure you have a little bit of extra BNB left to cover gas fees).

STEP 5. Visit the PancakeSwap Liquidity page. Go to https://pancakeswap.finance/liquidity

STEP 6. Connect your wallet. Click the ‘Connect to a wallet’ button in the upper right corner of your screen, and select the wallet you want to use to interact with PancakeSwap. Please ensure that you have chosen BSC Mainnet as your network in your MetaMask wallet.

STEP 7. Select BNB and TRL. Click the ‘Select a currency’ button at the top and select BNB. Then click the ‘Select a currency’ button at the bottom and search for the TRL (Triall) token or paste the TRL (Triall) contract address: 0xe2eb47954e821dc94e19013677004cd59be0b17f

Enter the BNB and TRL you’d like to commit to the liqudity pool. Please make sure you have a little more BNB than TRL (in fiat value) on your wallet to cover gas fees.

STEP 8. Approve the transaction. Next, allow PancakeSwap to initiate the transaction by clicking the ‘Approve BNB’ button.

STEP 9. Sign the transaction with your wallet. Your wallet will open a new window asking you to confirm the transaction. Click the confirm button and wait until the transaction is completed. Be patient, this can sometimes take a few minutes. After a short while, the ‘Approve BNB’ button should change into a ‘Supply’ button.

STEP 10. Confirm the supply. Click the ‘Supply button to open the supply confirmation window. Now click the ‘Confirm Supply’ button.

STEP 11. Sign the transaction with your wallet. Again, your wallet will open a new window asking you to confirm the transaction. Click the confirm button and wait until the transaction is completed. Be patient, this can sometimes take a few minutes.

Congratulations you’re now an official TRL/BNB liquidity provider! By adding liquidity you earn 0.17% of all trades on this pair proportional to your share of the pool. Fees are added to the pool, accrue in real time and can be claimed by withdrawing your liquidity.

👉 TIP: You can find an overview of all the liquidity you provided on the following page: https://pancakeswap.finance/liquidity

STEP 12. Visit our staking platform. Go to triall.io/staking.

STEP 13. Select the ‘BSC Liquidity Staker 1’ pool. Click the ‘stake’ button in the liquidity staking pool widget (when it opens on 22 December at 18:00 UTC).

STEP 14. Connect your wallet. Connect your MetaMask wallet to the staking pool smart contract.

CAUTION: ONLY USE THE PROVIDED USER INTERFACE. NEVER DIRECTLY SEND TRL TOKENS TO THE STAKING CONTRACT AS THIS WILL LEAD TO PERMANENT LOSE OF FUNDS.

STEP 15. Initiate the staking request. Click the ‘Stake now’ button to initiate the staking request.

STEP 16. Stake your TRL tokens. Decide the amount of TRL tokens that you want to stake from your available balance (which depends on how much TRL liquidity you provided at STEP 7), click submit, and you will receive a prompt regarding the transaction fee. If it looks good, then confirm. This is the first fee (‘approve’ transaction).

Wait until the transaction status changes from pending to complete.

CAUTION: DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE APPROVE TRANSACTIONS — THIS MAY LEAD TO LOSS OF GAS FEES.

After clicking ‘confirm’, another prompt will come up showing the gas fee. If it looks good, then save, and click ‘confirm’. This is the second fee (‘stake’ transaction).

The TRL liquidity staking program is powered by DeFi company Ferrum Network.
