ALIVE is featured as an “App of the Day” on the Apple’s App Store

Last week, ALIVE, a video sharing community recently acquired by TTC Protocol, was selected as an “App of the Day” on the Apple’s App Store.
What is ALIVE?
ALIVE is a short video editing app built on a global young creative community. Users can share videos to its social community and communicate with other users in real time. Since its launch in 2014, ALIVE has accumulated more than 10 million users around the world, including United States, the United Kingdom, China, Russia, Brazil, and Indonesia. TTC Protocol acquired ALIVE this year to expand its ecosystem to wider audience and usage.

Why is it a great news?
With over 2 million apps on the App Store, it is every developer’s dream to be featured on App Store’s main page. Apple’s selection process is undisclosed (yes, that is how Apple does it), yet it is known that Apple cares less about company size, but more about the product itself: its attractiveness, quality, and user experience.
We were happy to learn that ALIVE has passed Apple’s notorious standard, especially knowing most blockchain projects have no DAPP. (Also, the number of page views increased by 200,000.)
What’s next?
We have two short-term plans for ALIVE.
First, the team is improving the functions and performance of ALIVE’s social community. Since the acquisition, a internal team is assigned, fully dedicated to ALIVE. As a result, the number of users and activities in social community has been increasing steadily.
Second, ALIVE is being tested on the TTC Testnet “Merapi”, which was released last week. We believe that TTC rewards from TReE (TTC Reward Engine) will help increase the interactions between video creators and their followers, leading to a healthy atmosphere on the platform.
